Installed the EXB-FW card into my M3. It appears on the screen when I start up the M3 and seems to be OK. When I try to install the newest driver on my PC the Korg driver installation program does not see the M3. No matter what I do it does not recognize that it is hooked up.
My computer is a Dell XPS M1530 and I'm running Vista 64 w/SP2.
I can run the M3 Editor fine from my computer.
Any ideas? I just do not know where to go to get a clue as to why it is not working.

EXB-FW Driver installation Problem

I'm embarrased to post this, but I wanted everyone to remember this. I'm always dealing with technical hardware/software issues in my work and sometimes you just miss the obvious. I spent about an hour trying to figure out why I could not get the driver to install for the EXB-FW. I never have used the Fire Wire on my laptop so I went and purchased a new firewire connector about a week ago. To make a long story short, the firewire cable was defective. I went out bought a nice expensive one and now everything works!
