Upgrading the TEX with 96 Mb

Post by Ark »

Hello everybody,

I have just bough 3 SDRAM SIMM for upgrading my synth to 96 mo instead of the 16 mo standard (Thanks to Sharp for allowing me to make a good deal).

Juste one interrogation: Before upgrading the Tex, I have to take away the only 16 mo already installed in it.

I would like to know if my settings and sounds programmed will be lost by changing that.

Thanks

Nope, just pop the 16MB strip out and put the 96MB in. Make sure the keyboard is unplugged!
