Combi Mode Pad Assignments

Post by samoo451 »

This should be an easy one for you experts.

I am in the middle of programming Combi mode patches for the 80`s funk tune "You Dropped A Bomb On Me" by the Gap Band.
While doing this I would find it real helpful if I could just assign the bomb dropping sound to one of the pads.
So the question is:
Is it possible to take one or more ( or any patches within a combi ) and assign it to the pads. Can the pads only do one patch at a time or can you assign different patches to different pads in combi mode?

Thanks for the help in advance - I`m doing the gig and will need to finish programming by tomorrow day.

You can do and assign anything you want on a Pad, its done on the Pads page
when you click Menu, its the first page i think. In there you can choose which
Pad is assigned to which MIDI channel, then you have a RANGE of notes and
also which Notes, it can be a Chord or a Single Note. Once you open the Pad
page in the Menu everything will be clear for you.
