zero 8 channel malfunction

I Just bought a korg zero 8 mixer. When I installed it and was trying it out, I used channel 5 and 6 with my pioneer cdj 400's.

It all worked perfectly but after a while I noticed that I suddenly had no more output on channel 5 and 6. I had sound in my headphone but none thru my speakers.

Also when I press the A-B buttons above the channel faders 5 and 6 they don't light up like on the other channels. The vu-meters don't light up either. I also got an internal error 99. All the other channels work perfectly except those 2.

has anyone had the same problem or does anyone know what caused this?[/b]

what firmware are you running? perhaps a updrage, or downgrade/reinstall might fix this.

trying that now, having this same issue. just happened a few days ago. also got an email in to korg support and going to call tomorrow.

i really hope its nothing serious

I received a new one from the store where i bought it. never knew what the real problem was but this one works perfect.

getting it fixed, still under warranty. I hope this doesn't start happening with OTHER components on the mixer.
