simple music composition App?

Hi i was wondering if someone knows of or could make a simple composing program in which a user could put notes on a staff with notations like staccato etc. and have it possible to tab out songs on guitar and bass.
Something sort of like the program guitar pro, where the musical staff is above the tab lines of the guitar/bass. Maybe have the staff/tabs on top screen, and a keyboard like selection of symbols on the bottom (rests, notes, numbers).
if there were a simple playback mode that would be even cooler but all i want is the text to be able to compose without paper and pencil.
I hope this isn't too much to ask of anyone and i would appreciate it greatly if someone would make something for me omg.
