Modify X50 Key

In there anyone used to modify X50 key?I think the only one weakness of it is touching.It's so suck.Is it possible to modify touching by use plumbum or something for more weight and rebounding like Roland XP30?

Yes, handling lead is poisonous. You can buy another keyboard to control the X50 using MIDI. The keyboard doesn't have to be very powerful or expensive. It only needs to have the keyboard feel you like and a MIDI out port that you can connect to the MIDI in port on the X50. Or you could sell the X50 and buy the M50-88, but that could be a lot more expensive than buying an inexpensive used keyboard.

Actually the reason that I buy X50 because it's lite weigth just around 4 Kg.I don't like to carry heavy keyboard or more than 1 keyboard. :roll:


Deep in my mind.I really want M3 after I saw "This is it" Michael jackson movie :D Oh! My dream is so far :x

The MJ keyboardists played mostly the Yamaha XS8, if you watched their fingers. A couple things like the horns were played on the M3 on top. The MJ bassist also did a lot of synth bass. Notice that MJ had 2 of almost everything, two drummer/percussionists, two keyboardists, two guitarists, but only one bassist.

M3-61: 31.08 lbs (14.1 kg)
M3-73: 38.14 lbs (17.3 kg)
M3-88: 58.42 lbs (26.5 kg)
Module: 10.58 lbs

With great sounds and stuff comes the great weight :D
