Hi Rick,
This is indeed good news, thanks. My desktop computer is running Windows 7 64 bit and it's been such an improvement in speed of apps etc that I want to upgrade my music laptop as well. I'm just waiting 'til I know for definite that there are 64-bit Windows 7 drivers for all my music gear.
I've decided not to wait for Korg Firewire 64-bit drivers. I am selling the EXB-FIREWIRE card (any offers?) and interfacing audio via an M-AUDIO NRV-10. The M-AUDIO firewire driver supports Windows 7 64 bit.
I have no concerns about running the Korg M3 Editor software now that the MIDI-USB driver has been updated by Korg. I know the M3 Editor is 32-bit and will run in the x86 environment on a Windows 7 64 bit machine. Anyway I'm gonna test everything on my desktop computer before I finally commit to the upgrade of my music laptop.
Best regards,
Rob
