Hi there!
Without wasting any time, I'll cut straight to the case:
I've actively been playing guitar for the last.. what 4-5 years, mostly hard rock and metal (listen to some earlier works at www.myspace.com/saurosapiens) and just recently starting to acknowledge dance and electronic music and now, while I haven't really started making my own music, I started a project to mix some of my favorite songs together, in this case Daft Punk's Harder Better Faster Stronger, Technologic and a small cameo of Around the World all into one track.
I've started getting interested in the art of sampling and are trying to figure out this kind of music, without anyone to teach me, I'm simply trying to get around it on my own and I'd like some feedback on my first mix from you guys!
Keep in mind, I know it the sound levels might be unbalanced, too much of this, to little of this, but as I said, I'm new at this so I wouldn't really know how to go around making it sound better overall, but nevertheless, please have a listen and tell me what you think.
Note, I'm not really looking for "sounds good/bad" kind of replies, but rather constructive things I can work on / might want to check out to get better at this.
Thanks for your time!
