Is there a way to, lets say you got some new sounds and their supposed to go to U-G 000-025 but those are full is there a way to move those or the new ones to say U-G 026-050?

If you intend to move programs then you should be careful: combis may have a reference to the programs and if you move around programs, you may unintentionally render some of your combis useless (or you need to manually correct the references in the combis).
Combis can be moved around w/o any problems. There aren't any references to combis.

In any case, you need to copy/move each patch one by one.

I remember that Daz has written a PC tool to reorganize combis/programs in a much easier way, but I can't find the thread anymore.
