Oasys midi program change with external sequencer

Hi,

I am using Reaper to control my Oasys but I am having trouble when it comes to set the program change numbers as Oasys and Reaper seems to use different bank settings.

In Reaper I can actually upload a file containing all the Oasys programs. Can you help me to make my list or others program list to upload to my external sequencer please?
