SHould i buy a zero 8 demo version ?

Hey am an oldschool logic musician who normally mix a lot of real instruments love playing around with fx. sold my fireface 800 unfortunatly and now looking for a ok soundcard and saw this korg zero 8 looks cool got the akai mpk 49 is it overkill to get this would love to have some control over parameters etc. maybe am better of buying a ok soundcard and kaospad ? anyway a music shop is selling it for 933 euro ?
should i get it ? am not a dj but wanna start getting into some freaky techno trip funk
