hello everbody..i have m3 i just would like to get and advice .. does the exb radias board have all the features of the radias..and is the radias exb based on the virtual analog synth engine like the radias or on the mmt ..?

The EXB and the Rack/Keyboard have their differences.
on the Radias synth you get PCM sampled digital waveforms and drum hits. you could argue that this would be obselete on the EXB in the M3 because the M3 has samples but actually some real fun can be had in the radias processing string and choir samples with waveshaping, or including them in a wave sequence, etc.
Also, the Radias synth has an excelent drum section, where you have up to 16 drums which each have independant access to the entire synth architecture. both filters, WS, three EGs, etc.
on the plus side, the EXB has two additional virtual patch modulation slots, bringing the total to eight. It also integrates very nicely into the M3 so you can easilly use it with KARMA, route it through effects, etc.
That is another advantage of the synth/rack - the effects. you have a total of nine effects slots - two inserts for each timbre, and a total effect. plus still having the per-timbre EQ. Thats more simultaneous effects than the M3!
The Radias is based partly on virtual analog technology. I's engine is called MMT (Multi-Modeling Technology) though, because it goes waaay beyond traditional minimoog-like synthesis, including digital waveforms, waveshaping, complex modulation sequencing, VPM, cross-modulation, etc.

Yes, it'day and nite
I use mainly the exb sounds on the m3, but pretty much as a rompler.
The Radias is an incredible live performance tool, thanks to all these controls. + you have an arp and 2 step sequencers that are easy to control live.

I'm sure someone's already said this but just in case:
I recently got my Radias-R and I love it. while the EXB will get you the same sounds and synthesis power, the realtime control Radias-R gives you is worth the extra cash. Plus...it looks sweet next to my M3;)
