X-trade, I'm all for bargains to get the most features for the lowest price, so long as the features include quality and durability. Unfortunately, Behringer mixers tend to have substandard performance in those areas. I own two Behringer mixers that I use for practice and submixing, but not for gigs unless I bring backup. I got a new Mackie DFX-12 for $99 on sale, and the construction quality is noticebly better than Behringer, and the Mackie ended up being a better value. Mixers have an awful lot of knobs, faders, switches, and connectors that can fail, so I think spending a bit extra to upgrade above the bottom-end Behringer, Phonic, Nady, etc. is usually worth doing, considering how long a mixer can be useful. Guitar Center is selling factory reboxed Allen & Heath ZED-14 for $352, which is in a much higher class. It has 4 aux sends, for example. Even Yamaha, Peavey, Mackie, Alesis, and Soundcraft are significant upgrades over the bottom-end, yet can be found for reasonable prices.
I don't usually buy any gear on impulse. I decide in advance what I need at a minimum then wait for some type of significant sale or discount, usually a minimum of 20% below regular price, often lower, like 40% off street. I see lots of used gear that wasn't gigged hard at all, usually being sold by someone who has given up the rockstar studio dream and needs the cash. This is a great time for bargain hunting.

Hi guys
i have a problem with the sound output on my kaoss pad on the master out.
I want to use it as an extern mixer, so i looped it with my djm700 mixer. i can hear the kaoss pad trough the earphones, which are plugged on the 700, but not on the master out on the speakers!
anyone have an idea what i did wrong or where the error is?
thnx for answers

Well, as you've already told us, you can hear it through the mixer on the headphones out, so you've already determined that you've got sound coming from the KP3 to the mixer, so there can't be a problem with the KP3 output.
So the problem must be with the routings on the mixer.

I've got a similar problem here and have been searching the forum for an answer...
I have one of the small Eurorack Behringers with mono send for the small footprint live and I like to us the same set up and home that I do live, home field advantage you know. Anways, the mono send is giving me trouble in that I can't connect to the RCA ins without getting a signal in only one channel. I have tried an RCA to 1/4" cable, a 1/4" to 1/4" cable with a female 1/4" to male RCA adapter and I'm still getting a hard panned signal. I can take the send and plug it into the mic in on the front with a 1/4" cable but that is less than ideal. Any solutions? Thanks.

so your problem is that a mono signal is mono not stereo?
erm ... well ... yes
you could get a splitter that turns a single mono rca/jack/whatever into two, so that the mono signal is duplicated on both channels
