Glad to help. They missed a few newer models, like the Line 6 JM4 (very nice professional backing tracks included) and the BOSS RC-2.

I'm starting to think that my KP3 might be kinda broken (just bought it new) because my volume adjustment mode does not work the way everyone else describes.

You need the latest firmware update (v2.0) to be able to adjust volume on individual sample bank. You should try updating before returning it, you might find the sync issues are reduced too (or you might not)
