kp 3 QUESTION

can i record in the 4 banks the editing i ve made with the effects ...or i the effects cannot be record..and are there only to edit live....?

As far as I know, the X-Y pad effects can be used on the sampled recorded onto the banks and if you're resampling to another bank while using effects, the resampled sample will include whatever effects you used while resampling.
Put more simply, yes, the first thing you said.

can i just the effect on the line in sample(with out saving it) and then to save the result in one of the banks?

If you're asking if the effects work on the line in, then yes, but if you mean on just the line in and not the banks that are playing, I'm not sure.
Maybe someone else can chirp up and help.

i m trying to record my performance(using the efffects) in one of the banks but nth....only the line in signal-(lin in mic)- it records woth no effects at all.

If you want to sample (record) after the effects, not straight from the input, I think you actually want to 'resample'. That should be mentioned in the manual somewhere. You have to press or select something first.

FYI, the KP3's efx are global -- in other words, they can either affect all sound passing through the KP3 and coming from its sample banks or none of it, with no in-between options.

another question
serious kp3 problem????
i record a drum sample...from my mp3 player...then i edit and resampling it into an other kp3 bank....i play them both the same time...no problem....but after a while...they are off....!!!!!!!...
even when i use the align button...it corects it for just a while ..and then they are off again..
please help!
