Does anyone know if I'm suppose to use the screen protector? The one that was sent yesterday seems too small for the screen. Also, there was no USB cable or programme code card, . Should I normally have expected these?
Thanks

Use the pad protector. It is slightly smaller than the pad but use it.
And no, you don't get a USB cable with it. Well, I didn't either.
As for a program code card, do you mean a page that has the names of the programs? If so, it's right at the back of the manual.

Thank you for your kindness in replying. I will take your advice and put the pad protector on. I'm now reassured that I wasn't denied a USB cable, thank you. I'll see if my printer one will fit but, I intend to use the SD card function to transfer data. I bought a twin pack from Morrisons today for £14.99 but, I'm sure I'll need the USB cable as well though.
I'll take a look at the back of the manual for the program names and, I thank you very much for this information.
Thank you again.

That is the final mystery with the kpro ... why did they feel there was a need for that little plastic protector? Does anyone actually use it?

Thank you for your replies.
I put this little plastic sleeve on the pad. It just slips about! Seems of no use in protecting it. I'll shove it back in the box.
Cheers

It's self-adhesive. You have to pull the back off like sticky-back plastic. I think Korg got the idea from Blue Peter. :P

And I think it's worth putting on just for that extra (albeit thin) layer of protection. It's better for the protector to be a little scuffed and chipped that the pad itself.

Oh, I didn't realize it was self adhesive! Well thank you for this information. I will go put it on now. I'm assuming it won't make it less sensitive?
Thank you for this.

You don't have to use it. I have but as others on here have said, it doesn't matter that much.

I know I am beating the dead horse here, but anyway - I just got the KOPRO and borrowed the KP3 from my friend... he has the protective foil installed (very badly :) ) but I dont want to put it on KOPRO... So I am curious - how many of you use this foil (and why)? Thanks for reply

I bought my KP3 used (barely). No protector screen - didn't even know there was one until now. No problems though. Still - curious to hear what others say too...
