pa800 hard disk

hi, what different does it make,
when installing the hard disk on the pa800?

does it increases the space of the user dk?

No, there will be nothing change.
You can use the harddisk for system-backups, midis, mp3s....

...but the harddisk is no active system-area.
You only can link the mp3s and the midi (and text) to the songbook.

I do not see a point for spending extra money on the Hard drive and not having the extra space for loading more than one style set at a time.

Hard drive is good for:-
  • Having all your SETs on board
    Having all your MIDI file available
    Having all your MP3 songs available
    Keeping a copy of the OS and resources.
    Storing sample data
Of course you can do all this on a USB drive but I prefer to use my USB for emergency backup of all my data.

If I've got my keyboard, then I've got all my data.

Just my preference.
