It sounds like you might need to either read the manual or pick up a video tutorial from the likes of Sudosonic.com. I just bought the Triton Classic Videos and they tell you almost everything you need to know.

Unfortunately your question requires a lengthy response which could be shortened greatly if you do some of the research a bit more.

At least that's how I look at your question.
