I have a gameboy with nanoloop that I want to hook up to my microkorg, how can I go about doing this?

Err... the gameboy can't control the MicroKorg through MIDI, and the MicroKorg can't control the gameboy via MIDI... I don't believe nanoloop has any midi capability.

What would be the purpose of connecting the MK to the gameboy?

I though so. Well, I saw a video on youtube. Maybe his setup was different, but is there a way I can use both of them together?

You could use the sounds of the gameboy into the audio input of the microKorg to apply the filter and effects or vocoder to it.
