Do you get sound from the sub outputs? If so, your tubes may be at fault.

hi guys ...i had only a hiss coming out the left channel and i ve reseted to the factory settings my electribe esx 1, RELOADED THE DATA AND IT WORKED JUST FINE AFTER THAT..... BUT MAKE SURE YOU SAVE DATA INTO THE MEMORY CARD FIRST OR YOU CAN DOWNLOAD IT HERE:

AFTER YOU ERASED ALL DATA RELOAD IT FROM THE MEMORY CARD HERE S HOW TO DO IT: while machine is off hold down the SOLO/TRANSPOSE and WRITE buttons and TURN IT ON .. IT WILL ASK YOU TO INITIALIZE ALL DATA AND PRESS THE PLAY BUTTON TO ERASE ...
AFTER I TURN IT ON, NO PATTERNS AND SOUND DATA WERE ON THE UNIT,
SO, IN THE GLOBAL MODE I HOLD DOWN THE SHIFT AND ON THE PATTERN KEY 16 TO LOAD DATA FROM THE CARD AND EVERYTHING WAS JUST FINE AFTER ALL.
