Tempo setting with the KP3 Editor

I have a loop ; tempo 80, 4/4, 6 seconds.
I import it in the KP3 editor who identifies a loop of 8 parts at 160bpm. Hear the sound : it's the good one.
Then I change to the real values : 80 bpm, 4 parts. I keep the good one.
in this case I changed the tempo without affecting the sound.
The KP3 editor does in this case a thing that the KP3 cannot do over the sound loop.

It's not really changing the tempo though. When the tempo you enter is a multiple of the original tempo, it will sound the same, as all the editor is doing then is altering the tempo that is attached to that sample. However, if you change the tempo to be something not divisible into/of the original, the editor will still not change the playback tempo but will just move the end loop point accordingly.
