Listen…..its not my fault anymore than its your fault Hendrix is dead….saying the experience he spoke of is really over of course. We might need to take a vote to see if anyone is still out there to hear this message. Maybe the Buddha did it. I’m not blaming you before myself, but I’m not here to make any judgments for you so you’ll have to wait to see if you take the blame after everyone figures out who did it. You seem however confused, or at least are confusing! It looks to me like you are confusing concepts of time, space, music, religion and exploration, among others. If there is any merit to your underlying musical ideas, then you need to clarify them before getting them out there.
I can’t see any legal issues by the way. Even if wholly original, there is not that sort of value in them or the need for legal protection. In any case, even if in your posts to date there is indeed a real original point - its now too late - you've published those idea, here, in the public arena and there are implications to that if you're trying to attach copyright to them. That doesn't mean others can use your ideas without plagiarising - they will at a minimum need to cite you but they will likely not need to give you money. I can't see, however, your musical point, whatsoever. That's not a total criticism however - if despite your apparent muddledness you have struck gold in musical terms, perhaps you haven't explained it properly yet and so haven't, in essence, published it!
So if you have come up with a new concept in music, there is likely not to be monitory value in that. For this sort of idea to be accepted you'll probably need to publish in a peer-review journal and in that case anyone who uses the idea will cite you - but there is likely no money in the sort of idea you propose.
Also - a longer description will NOT clarify it - all of your posts to date unfortunately do no make clear sense and I would recommend shortening and tightening your points, not lengthening them. Please try to remove the inclusion of personal opinions on historical, political and religious stand points that are certainly confusing me on any otherwise underlying musical point.

I agree, but remember I am charting unknown territory here, at least for people alive today using new information based on modern technology. Adding the Observer to create the weak force that creates the New Circle of Fifths by adding Life’s Mass oscillation cycle to create time and matter changes the basics of accepted physics considerably to explain the art of using time to make music. It does not however change the age old language and laws of music theory many know of to explain observations in physics by introducing a few new laws to relativity to explain “why” so asking someone else for answers has its drawbacks for moving forward. The 2nd law I added “relative to the observer all other observers are behind it in time” in relationship to the arrow of time and relativity will have little meaning to the average musicologist as well as most DNA researchers trying to understand the DNA’s Gene Ensemble, yet some with far less training understood the law intuitively.
To clarify it for the musicians and sound techs, both professional and amateur on this forum creating a vast collective knowledge base capable of giving a reasonable opinion of fact regarding music related terms and condition, the mathematics of the New Circle of Fifths is undisputable and I cannot be wrong because the number of sharps and flats for every key signature including the minor and closest harmonically related keys is already well known and proven with over 50% shown in the Old Circle of Fifths. This is a very unusual discovery because most discoveries of this magnitude are hard to prove yet this discovery is self evident and finds itself in a sea of technical questions providing the answers by ending the largest argument between science and religion to show Life, the Observer, was there in the beginning and not created by the Universe’s matter. Life’s Mass, consciousness itself, is the medium for wave propagation.
The biggest mystery in astronomy explaining dark matter is found in the answer to gamma ray burst energy levels and the 3rd Law of Real Relativity explains it, “points of observation increase exponentially” and brings us to understanding the importance of the octave and sound synthesis.

Just like my helicopter design. Same simple mechanical principal of time being used to fix it. It’s a gift given at this time for a reason and I need to do the right thing at the right time with it. Time delay posting NC5
Because of needing a roof over my head and having to deal will the US legal system trying to destroy the roof to get to me after placing myself in what has to be the most unusual legal situation ever created by a single US citizen acting alone I have had to spend my time protecting the main filter I now rely on. What is amazing is how little energy is now required to move a very large object, and how slow some people learn and rely on past habits believing “someone else” will save them. It’s like 1000 guys on a sinking boat saying “we are all safe because there are too many of us to go down”.
So after working on the hull I’ve been drilling holes in all the life boats except one already in the water you might say. I have offered to stop if they will just follow the rules created because of Nature’s own unbending laws and give me my room back on board but they seem intent on proving the US legal system is run only by conflict of interest where the guy above them will pull them up rather than fall on them. The thought that the guy above them may be a little smarter and just let go for being so stupid seems beyond their comprehension.
The NC5 was placed where it is safe and has been examined by some very intelligent people who all sound like a stuck record on the same grove. “That’s impossible…..but its right….its perfect….how can this be….someone should have done this a 1000 years ago.”

Just focusing on the energy flow in the picture shows the cycle of life. If that’s not Newton holding the wheel with an hour glass on top then I’d like to know who it is. It can’t be Einstein because his face is on the small lion pushing off Newton’s back reaching for the sword. I could on with my first impression but what’s important is what you see at first IMO as that’s the main template being shown on a subconscious level. I saw the Observer’s hand creating the weak force to turn the wheel showing “weak” is the level physics is at in understanding the force let6 alone what Mass location has to do with time and space.

IMO the statement “after 2012” above is backwards. If the Tree of Life is truly reveled then that will end the argument that started most wars in the first place as well as bring new technology to solve our energy problem which is far worse than most people even realize IMO.
It is well known it would require far less oil to produce energy if we simply just connected the electric grids like Fuller pointed out. By adding the reality of time and understanding Mass oscillation within EM we can go far further than that. Understanding the four phases of the atom will give physics the timing needed to use the atom without killing “us” which is just a fancy name for “them” in time so this creates a vacuum for acceptance by greedy “thems” avoiding pain like the rest of us. The NC5 is an atom phase counter first and foremost and shows the detail of the cycles created. It is T in the UFT, a clock’s face, and because music theory is known and proven as is E=mc2 (E=m+{a}c2 relative to the strong force) any arguments will likely continue to be silent to hide stupidity.

Technically speaking I purchased my WA vacant lots from Clark College because the political lobbyist that deceived me as a trusted friend right up to the last second when he showed up with the Klickitat Sheriffs to illegally take everything I own (instead of just picking up the house keys as I waited for him) placed in legal storage with a written contract at his direction (including all my keyboards, mixers, amps, ect) to acquire the MCR/KAPWC case evidence and legal papers stopping my 10 yr HOA lawsuit only 21 days away from arbitration and settlement, transferred the properties titles to Clark College in a “business plan” they had set up so I handed the check to a Clark College representative not the political lobbyist seconds after the lobbyist signed the papers over to the College.
Things like this happening and my need to deal with this opportunity is why you are waiting to see the New Circle of Fifths. I want to have the time to enjoy showing it to you and what I have discovered knowing many of you have been in the conversation for some time and I’ll learn a few things I know I’m not seeing. This is all part of Nature’s plan, not my own BTW. I’m just along for the ride at this point and will be the first to tell you anything can happen in this machine but it always gets better if you just hang on and act in good faith…IE: drive the best you can with caution and respect….and hit the gas when needed for maximum mass potential energy. My Hawaii property is being taken from me after a Boeing scientist claimed the MCR subdivision road is his private driveway and my WA property cannot be sold after Williams Co announced it’s Blue Bridge 36in Pipeline is going around or through them. By law this was required to be disclosed. The subdivision was advertised as a benefit to Clark College which has a music department.

So after working on the hull I’ve been drilling holes in all the life boats except one already in the water you might say. I have offered to stop if they will just follow the rules created because of Nature’s own unbending laws and give me my room back on board but they seem intent on proving the US legal system is run only by conflict of interest where the guy above them will pull them up rather than fall on them. The thought that the guy above them may be a little smarter and just let go for being so stupid seems beyond their comprehension.

Just focusing on the energy flow in the picture shows the cycle of life. If that’s not Newton holding the wheel with an hour glass on top then I’d like to know who it is. It can’t be Einstein because his face is on the small lion pushing off Newton’s back reaching for the sword. I could on with my first impression but what’s important is what you see at first IMO as that’s the main template being shown on a subconscious level. I saw the Observer’s hand creating the weak force to turn the wheel showing “weak” is the level physics is at in understanding the force let6 alone what Mass location has to do with time and space.

IMO the statement “after 2012” above is backwards. If the Tree of Life is truly reveled then that will end the argument that started most wars in the first place as well as bring new technology to solve our energy problem which is far worse than most people even realize IMO.
It is well known it would require far less oil to produce energy if we simply just connected the electric grids like Fuller pointed out. By adding the reality of time and understanding Mass oscillation within EM we can go far further than that. Understanding the four phases of the atom will give physics the timing needed to use the atom without killing “us” which is just a fancy name for “them” in time so this creates a vacuum for acceptance by greedy “thems” avoiding pain like the rest of us. The NC5 is an atom phase counter first and foremost and shows the detail of the cycles created. It is T in the UFT, a clock’s face, and because music theory is known and proven as is E=mc2 (E=m+{a}c2 relative to the strong force) any arguments will likely continue to be silent to hide stupidity.
