Thanx for your detailed insights. And, yes - you already mentioned the hints I gave. Just thought I'd better post them again in case someone overlooked them in this growing thread.

And just to make that clear: I appreciate your contributions here a lot - be it your sounds you share for free or the time you take to answer in depth. It's people like you keeping a community alive! 8)

The real problem for me is, that my resistance to programming sounds on the Oasys keeps shrinking and shrinking. I used to do that a lot of esp. on Poly 800, DW 8000 and Roland's D50. But then I concentrated on increasing my playing skills and later on on composing (which is still my major focus in music). There are already more sounds available than I can use ... so that's fine for me (although I'm aware it's a waste of the Oasys). But it's SOOOO TEMPTING to dive into these beautiful synth-engines, combine them with Karma and the powerfull FX-section, the great control-possibilities ... BIG SIGH! I wonder how long I can withstand it ...

Dear Kevin, thank you again for sharing this. I tried all and I liked them. They sound very very serious. There are many variations that are similar but still different with own character. I think they are very usable - but until now I have tried to use them as they are, in "solo mode".

It's true that the signal level should be watched (like with your other sounds as far as I remember). :D

The only problem is for me: how to store them all in my big soundset.

P.S. I have experienced a kind of distortion in "KN AL-1 SAW Choir 1", no. 90, when I press a usual chord a bit harder with both hands and hold it down longer. (2 keys with left hand in octave, and 3-4 keys with right hand. For example, a simple G major.) If it's because of the too high level of an oscillator then I can easily fix that.
