Kaos pro

I recently just bought the kaos pro, and am new to the synthesizers. I was curious about the SD card. after saving some loops on to it, do i need a software on my computer to be able to play back my loops?? also how do i ad new sounds and effects ??? thanks

Install the Korg Kaossilator Pro editor software. It's available for download (or maybe there was a disc with the unit?).
As for adding new sounds and effects, what do you mean? Adding sounds and effects after transferring to a computer?

If you have a SD-card reader on your computer you can copy them to your hard-drive. Then use the Kaossilator Pro-Editor to convert the .kos-files to wave-files.
These can be used to build up songs from the loops in a Music-Software like Ableton Live or others.
With an USB-cable and the installed Korg-midi-driver you can also read and write loops from and to the KPro with the KPro-Editor-Software.
