quarter-tone

Post by rbalaa »

Hello,

Is there the option to set some keys to quarter tone for recording ? Similar to the pa800's sub-scale tab ?

Thanks.

Not sure if this helps or not but you could set the temparament to Arabic as it has quarter tones as part of its scale.

Yes, Build custom octave (or even all notes) scale with GLOBAL: P3 Scales (16 custom octave scales and 1 all notes scale).

Use predefined or User scale in PROG: P1 Basic/DT/Ctrls Key Zone/Scale tab.

In COMBI you can define common scale for Combi and also override that choosing "Use Program's Scale" for any timbre at
COMBI: P3 Timbre Param Other tab.

See also Parameter Guide P 27 and references there.
