The other way is to use a pocket recorder!
Saves you from all the config-s**t with computers... :)

I use a Tascam DP-04, digital 4-track recording to SD card. Perfect for my budget and needs. I can record 2 parts at a time, add two more, bounce them, repeat as needed. Easily transferred to a PC for demo burning, love it! :D
