help needed korg esx-1 faulty menu flicker problem

Hi my esx-1 menu screen has a fault everything works fine exept the screen menu starts flickering between /''level'' depth'' speed ''time
when this happens i cannot change any settings and so stuck with this annoying glitch.

i have try'd updating firmware and didnt help this flicker/glitch menu screen annoyance happens when i power up goes away then comes back.
the esx-1 is a great machine and i have a em-1 i am in no way dissin korg but has anyone else experienced this or is there any way i can stop this without sending for repairs first any advice would be great...
as all i can do with my esx now is slave it in midi to my em-1 for now.

yup dont know if i have a variation on your theme...

i have the flicking between settings issue but it seems to be caused not from the screen itself but through a little jitter on the knobs normally a tweak of the offending knob sets it right .

have you tried this?

this flicker is driving me mad i just bought the esx-1 and kind of masterd most of the controls but when this flicker apears there is no way of stopping it ....... so i guess i am sending it back got it used of ebay ...

hi thanks for the advice i held on to the esx and noticed the modulation know is the one that triggers the flicker ... now i know how to stop this with a twist of the knob this thing is for keeps thanks for the advice
