I want to start making some DUBSTEP music. I was wondering what I would need to be able to alter the sounds of a beatbox. What I want to be able to do is record on my microphone all sorts of samples and edit them and rerecord them. If I were to buy a Mini Kp and record the beatbox into mp3 format and play it on my computer or iPod would I be able to change my voice enough to sound like bass, kicks,snares, or just make it plain ole dirty? I was thinking a combination of the Kaossilator and the Mini Kp would do the trick for what I want to do. Is it possible to create a Wobble bass using these two products? Also what would be the simplest way to record the sounds produced by the Kaossilator and the Mini Kp to my computer. I'm not looking for anything overly expensive right now I just want to get started better equipment can come later. Any product recommendations for achieving this whether it be from Korg or not would be greatly appreciated.
