Ok when the M3 came out,by this time we already had a NAMM countdown clock on korg's website...this has me worried.Does this mean Korg is not coming out with anything mind blowing in NAMM ?

I still think it is too early for something 'mind blowing'. M3 is probably still selling quite well so there is no incentive to push a new project.
Yes, they probably are working on something, that would only make sense, but I doubt we'll see it this year or the start of next year.
All this is just educated guesswork though.
Anyway, just because Korg hasn't released anything new, doesn't mean that your existing gear suddenly stops working. Too many people sit around chasing the 'next best thing' without even really spending the time to get to know what they've already got.

****True .Existing gear ( M3 )still works great .I'm hoping the mind blowing aspect of what ever they come out with has Flash Memory..loading time and having to load samples each and everytime I turn on the M3 is starting to get little annoying already..I just can't beleive korg would not respond to Yamaha XF with that amazing and incredibly useful option...

Yes it does!
When I bought the [put gear's name here], it was presumed to solve all my creativity problems, it had automatic riffs and raffs, emulation of everything but a snorting chameleon (expansion needed for that),
and it fell short of my expectations.
That amounts to
malfunction, ain't it?
Where's that unplayable acoustic guitar, by the way? It was sitting around here... somewhere... that disappointing out-of-tune stupid thing...

Not a bad cover band. Some minor mistakes, but nothing which can't be corrected with a generous dose of Drano.
The singer is perfectly in tune, but the bass, guitar and keys can't follow him. He should fire them and hire better tuned players.
The only flaw I can find in the singer, is that he sometimes doesn't keep up with the drummer's machine-like perfection (a bit boring, I'd say. He should fire also the drummer and get one with a less Prussian attitude against swing).
[btw: every synth forum has at least 25 threads by people asking "how do I get the "final countdown brass patch?". Well, that's the answer: "Just play something else" And somewhere else, please

The sad thing is, my band does (well, DID) this song and I spent countless hours making a perfect M3/M50 combi for Final Countdown. Not just brass the brass, but the choir, intro sound effects and everything.
I'm trying to talk them into doing this version of it:

The Motif has a couple of commercial 80's sound libraries, and Final Countdown is on the list. Check it out, starting at 1:37

I wish there were more companies/people selling these libraries, so those of us who play a lot of covers could spend hours actually
playing our synths instead of programming sounds

It's not a bad sound library and every patch on there is at least close enough you can tell what the sound is they were going for but some aren't close enough to fool anybody that you actually have the sound nailed. Final Countdown is a good example. The brass is kinda close but the chords behind it aren't close at all. But for the lazy, it's an easy way to get sounds. On second listen, some of them are pretty damn close.
What the library DID do for me is show some of the things the Motif is capable of. It sounds like the Motif is much more capable of synth sounds than the M3 or M50. If this were an M3/M50 sound library, I'd buy it. I've been trying to get some of those synth sounds out of the M3 and just can't get 'em.
EDIT: Dammit. Looks like I'm buying a Motif ES rack or an XS7. Damn you WorknMan!!!

I have the original OPX. They did a fantastic job with it. Haven't pulled the trigger on the upgrade yet.
