Chronos Backward Compatibility

Post by BasariStudios »

I think its a better idea some things to stay in their own topic like this one
so it wont get lost, till James makes a Section for the Kronos. Now, i am
wondering and noone mentioned it...is the M3 all done compatibility wise?
From what i can see NOTHING from M3 would be Compatible with Chronos.
Another killer?

it seems that after M3 selling reports, someone in Marketing and Sales has ask R&D to change completely product architecture...

if we look, we had trinity with several update: Plus, Pro, V3 and several HW expansions, the we had Triton with Classic, Pro, Le, Studio, Extreme and its descendant like X50 and Tr

then we've got only 4-5 years of M3 with NO upgraded model (ok Xpanded have more internal memory) and with its scaled down version M50 (do not consider PS60 an u-station)

it seems that M3 and M50 are a dead branch

based to a quick look to videos and specs,

compatibility could exist with oasys, NO WAY with M3.

well, Nedim,

time to fork 3 grands and start reprogramming everything from scratch!

You got that right, Chronos is no problem, i can afford a 61 Keys but all
the cigarettess are the problem...while reprogramming...maybe will cost
more then Chronos itself...ugh. And yes, dont expect anything to be less
then 2800$ at least.

well, you could trade in the 27" and scale down the 100 gigas movie database to a 30 giga one.

I am sure you can do enough programming nights with 30 gigas.
