Help needed: Recording sessions

im a beatboxxer using koass pads to alter my voice and run effects trough it, i can use the KP3 editor software to record settings and samples,

but im looking to record a session of a few minutes or more,
ho do i do this?

I just did this with an rca jack to 1/8 input jack to my PC and recorded using Mixcraft. You could use audacity which I believe is free. Windows may even have the built in capability with less options.

Alternatively you can use a dedicated recording device such as handheld recorders.

This is what I use to record directly from my KP3's output. Doesn't boost gain at all, but it records super clean and the price is right. As buckeye mentioned, I'd recommend Audacity if you don't already have audio recording software. It's free and simple to use. [/url]

As a software, you can also use wavosaur, free audio editor with VST and asio support
