What would be better for producing Techno with Maschine. The Roland Gaia SH 01 or the Korg microSampler MS1 ??

two completely different animals.
You should be looking at a synthesizer like the microKorg/microKorg XL/MS2000/R3/Radias, rather than the microSampler. That's a better match for the Gaia.

Well Maschine offers you plenty in the way of sampling - you want something which creates its own sounds, not just plays back recordings of others...
And synths are ideal for the basis of many forms of electronic music.
