Previously I was able to save my loops to my computer, now both my laptop and desktop cant save the loops, my computers recognize it when it syncs but when i try to use the program it doesnt see it connected. I was wondering how to factory reset it so i can save my loops again. I've looked into this and all that was said was "With the unit OFF, press and hold TAP/BPM and LOOP/REC/PLAY as you power the unit on. The LCD should show "DLY." At that point release the two buttons and the Kaossilator will be reset to original factory settings." I'm assuming that this meant hold down the Tap/Tempo and the REC button, and when i did "DLY" never came up but 1.02 did. Not sure what any of this means but hopefully someone will help, Thanks

i believe those are the steps to reset the original Kaossilator, not the Pro. i have looked for this myself and come up empty. the "1.02" you're seeing is the OS version. not quite sure i get the issue you're having (your computers see the Kaossilator as a device but the editor isn't working on either machine?) but you can restore the OS on the Kaossilator using the updater on the site. to reinstall the same OS version you have to put it into 'force update' mode. this will restore the global settings but not the program memory if i recall correctly..

have you checked your midi settings?

I ended up messing with the Midi settings and it magically work again, I have no clue what i did but i can save my loops again! Thanks for the post, now back to trying to record the song :/
