So the answer is no?!jimknopf wrote:Yes, of course, and it has a built in rainbow coulors speedmeter.
If you play your arpeggios by hand, and too fast, you get flashed by the inbuilt radar camera.
Good, I feared the LED is blinking in different colors which would have been really annoying.
And thanks for the punch on the nose, guys! I can take a fair bit.

Does the Kronos fall under this classification?ozy wrote:

We're continuing development of our PC/Mac editor software, which will be released as a free download. In the meantime, Kronos already works with your DAW of choice, using either the USB port for MIDI and audio connectivity, or traditional MIDI, analog audio, and S/PDIF connections.jimknopf wrote:Huh???
The plugin belongs to the specifications of the Kronos.
What's going on here?
Any clarification, perhaps from Dan or Rich?
Hope this helps,

Was going to say, even in the brochure, as the back, it DOES state that the plugin editor software will be available as a download....

I disagree. In terms of parts quality, Yamaha = Roland > Korg > Kurzweil. I've owned a bunch of keys and modules from each of them, except Kurz. I've owned a K2000S and a PC1X, both of which failed within 6 months. I'm done with Kurz.I have used and played workstations from Korg, Yamaha, Kurzweil, and Roland, and most of their parts are very similar in quality.
Oh holy crap, no way. Roland absolutely is the worst of the bunch. I've bought more Korg keyboards than Roland keyboards yet EVERY Roland keyboard or controller I've ever bought has been a miserable piece of fail. My Korgs have all been extremely reliable and solid as long as American Musical Supply didn't touch it first.Chriskk wrote:I disagree. In terms of parts quality, Yamaha = Roland > Korg > Kurzweil.
