Would be SOOO nice to get a pc software for making this already very fine instrument shine even more! Come on KORG - your faithful customers are cheaper to keep than to try and aquire new customers. Basic buisness principle!

Korg lost me as a customer and "supporter" of their arranger products because of this (twice in succession in fact).

The situation with Roland is better, because the file formats are not encrypted - so its easy for 3rd parties to make progress with editor software such as Richard Shotbolt's Session Manager for the BK-series. Also the MIDI implementation on Roland arrangers is very comprehensive and well documented., and this was another factor causing my switch to Roland arranger products.

Incidentally, the new Roland BK-9 keyboards are now available at Thomann in Europe for 1980 Euros incl. VAT and P&P. User reviews will be published soon at the Roland Arranger Forum.

sorry for offtopic

Having just ordered a PA3X pro this came as a surprise that in this day and age, Korg do not supply a PC editor. Obviously you can edit voices from the PA3X screen itself, but usually an editor opens up far more features. Here's me hoping Korg will let you edit far more features onboard than Yamaha do with their keyboards.

A PC editor has been hinted at by Korg ever since the PA1x, still nothing.

I agree.... a million times

If there was a way to import styles from other arrangers such as Yamaha, it would be much better. It would definitely make korg more popular. Gals and guys, Please correct me if Iam wrong.

I think you have a fine product but I really want something that is a real time editor. Maybe one day.
