Is it Illegal to upload presets from an EMX1 onto a website?

Hello all. I was wondering if it was Illegal to upload emx-1 presets onto a website for people to download for free? Ive been looking for such topics but couldnt seem to find any. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

AFAIK , yes you can, if you don´t do it to put them for sale.

Perhaps you could upload the presets at the download area here at KF? I think you have to apply to have something uploaded (never done it myself) but you could try...
