Kronos Tutorial - Working With Samples

Post by kid_nepro_2002 »

Hi All,

For those interested in learning how to create multi samples from wav files and then set them up as a Kronos program, I've created a tutorial on how it's done.

http://www.kidnepro.com/blog/korg-krono ... h-samples/

Two Prophet VS pad programs are included along with the multisamples.

This demonstration can be used in two ways. You can either just load the .KSC and .PCG files to get a taste of how I added the new Prophet VS multi samples to our upcoming Kronos Vintage Synth Collection. Or, you can follow the steps in the tutorial and create your own two programs from the wav files included.

Any questions or comments just let me know. Enjoy!

Thanks for this! Haven't gotten to the sampler yet, but it's just a matter of time.

Hi Nedim,

Born & raised in Brooklyn and that's home, but I moved to Barbados about ten years ago. My wife and I run a little Bed & Breakfast.

We only have one music store on the island and the latest music gear usually takes awhile to get here, so as far as I know I'm the first one in the country to have a Kronos! Lot's of interested Bajan's popping by this week to check it out. I'm sure I won't be the last.
