no body want to help even the local distributor in the nederland ,I just wait til somone make my a coppy of korg release .

Don't think you understand.
The activation codes are what you are going to need and the code will be unique to your OASYS. So you can forget about someone sharing the data with you. Your OASYS will reject the activation code.
