Where do I find the Korg M1 Download Section in the forum?

Per one of the moderators, I need to make a copy of the factory sounds in midi format. When I try to use a syx. file, it is transmitted too quickly. If I could get a midi file, I am told that I can slow the tempo of the midi file until the M-1 is able to comprehend it. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

The download section is in M1 / M1r / M1r EX (see http://www.korgforums.com/?show=1)

OK...I have the midi file now from the download location, but I have no way to send it to the M-1 except a midi interface cable. Can anyone tell me if I can send this file over the cable, or do I need to download a sequencer software or buy a hardware sequencer like the Roland MC-500 I used to have back in the 80's?

Download MIDI-OX, that would be a popular and useful too for sysex transfer. http://www.midiox.com/

I have already downloaded midi-ox, but the syx. files are moving too fast to be recognized by the M-1. I have been told that I need to use a midi file and put delay between each bit of information. How do I do that?
