Saving Custom Libraries On Hard Disk

I have tried in vain to save versions of the "Assault" library for the OASYS. When I tried to call it "C-ASAULT.KCS" the system rejected the name. I realize the O is based in primitive DOS nomenclature (8-letter names), but even working within that parameter, the system won't accept it. Not that it should matter, but it's being sent to an external storage medium...
