I made this video of The REASON by Hoobestank. Its realtime one shot. The idea was to sound like the band building up instrumentation from the pecking piano note add guitar, next STS adds strings next STS ups the dynamics a notch.. but just a simple thing. Can't I keep the sustain on the piano when I start the style? I have to pedal it just at the second of style start.
( go ahead and bash the halloween FX on the vocals... I don't care.. i have to play with that stuff because I haven't found my niche for vocals.)
Underwater maybe.
The stylemaking opportunity on all of these arrangers.. leaves much to be desired in terms of jockeying styles in and out. And it would be nice if there was a way to cut and paste parts of styles and move them to new
places. All of this is very awkward. Or mabybe a style making template you could put on your pc and run it directly into your keyboard. Actually I think that is possible, but I have to practise THAT button pushing a little more.
