Using Kronos 88 with Finale

I recently got a Kronos 88 and am trying to figure out Korg's bank numbering system. The manuals are extensive but I can't can't find straightforward information on calling out banks using Finale notation software. I use it a great deal with large scores and multiple MIDI devices.
Finale offers various options for choosing the patch but I have found the best one to be sending the bank group (the MSB) for the Controller 0 value and the bank number (the LSB) for the Controller 32 value. Then a control change number is sent to specify the patch within the bank.
Does anyone do this and know how the Korg Kronos banks are numbered?

You can find the info in the Reference/Parameter Manual on page 1111 and in the MIDI implementation chart on page 1123. If I read it correctly, it looks very simple, e.g. Program 000 in I-A would be, 000, 000, 000; Program 010 in Int-C would be 000, 002, 010.
Program I-A 00, 00
" I-B 00, 01
" I-C 00, 02
.....
Program U-A 00, 08
Program U-B 00, 09

I had tried those banks but there are still problems that I can't pin down. Finale is quirky. At a trill in one part set to play on the Korg, the patch changes to something else.
I was trying to set a solo violin sound for one channel and consistently got a Hammond organ instead. I'm not sure how to get around this.
I also use Sonar sequencing software and so far I've not had problems interfacing with the Kronos 88, although I have not spent a lot of time in that application since getting the new instrument.
Will keep experimenting as time allows.

Not sure if it will help, but check setting GLOBAL mode, BASIC tab > BASIC
There is a SYSTEM PREFERENCES section where you can select BankMap to Korg system or to GM(2) system.
For more info please check Global Mode section in the parameter guide (p. 745)
