Buying a pre-owned M3

Terry,
The M3 is a solid choice and cheaper than the Motif XF and Fantom G. It's also a lot easier to learn than the Motif.

I bought my b-stock (probably returned or used at a trade show) for about $1,300 (after I sold the free Korg promotional recorder it came with). Freakin' best workstation deal possible (well, the Kurzweil PC3 was actually under $1,500 for awhile as well.)

There's lots of tutorial videos on YouTube, and the Karma-labs forum has a lot of very helpful written tutorials as well.

Good luck- the 73 note board is not as common, so harder to buy used, but still you can get them b-stock for around $1,800?
