CC for DEC/INC value?
Is it possible to assign a CC as the DEC (-1, down arrow) and INC (+1, up arrow) buttons/functionality?
I would like to use this for program up/down (but this way it can be used for anything where the cursor is pointing at.

Honestly, I haven't tried it, I didn't have my Behringer MIDI board at home for some time and was way too busy with PCG Tools so I kind of forgot about this ... however I am going to program the board again so I will take this with me .... sorry.MRedZac wrote:And ? - What was the result ?
I´m still trying to figure out CC commands, that let me switch slots in Setlist forward and backward... Any ideas ?

Yes, 96 and 97 seem to work for that, although I have not tried it myself. I was working programming cc controllers the other day and came across this link....

Hello @ all,
so, I spent my afternoon with testing - Copilot is right, CC96/97 do not work at all for this.
Here´s my solution, how I made at least "step forward" work with the FCB1010... (Uno EProm/Firmware is a must !):
I change the settings of the FCB1010 in its global settings mode (press and hold "down" for 2,5 sec on power up), that the switches do not latch anymore - now it is momentary. Then I connected a cable from output switch 1 to switch 1 on Kronos and configured in global mode of the Kronos, that the switch command is Programm up. On the FCB1010, I configured switch 10 to trigger the relay for Switch 1 by turning Switch 1 to On in Software Editor.
Now I can step forward 1 slot on the setlist by tapping on Switch 10 on the FCB 1010... Other Functions, I gave to the 1010 are:
1: Rotary on/off CH1
2: Rotary on/off CH2
3: Sustenuto CH1/CH2
4: Sustain CH 1
5: Sustain CH 2
6: Modulation SW1 on/off
7: Modulation SW2 on/off
8: Softpedal
9: Trigger Switch 2 on Kronos by external cable connection
10: Trigger Switch 1 on Kronos by external cable connection
Pedal1: Volume CH1
Pedal2: Volume CH2
(You have to know, that I connected a 2nd Masterkeyboard to CH2 via USB on Kronos)
CC Numbers on the functions above to be found in the parameter guide pdf...
It would be very nice, if on the Kronos it could be configured for Switch/Pedal 2 Program up and down as well (like on the first switch/pedal) - like this, you would be able not only to move forward in your setlist, but also backwards... Korg ? - May you please ?
Hope this helps to some of you...
Cheers

I fully agree to MRedZac, I think I do the same ... using SW1 (via Behringer) to program up, but program down does not work. The other functions I have somewhat similar to MRedZac (except for most CH2 functions).
What do you mean with 2nd Masterkeyboard to CH2 VIA USB on Kronos?

well, from my previous laptop setups, I still have 2 CME UF 70 Masterkeyboards here, with 76 Keys each... They have USB Connector, to connect it to computers, which are Class Compliant. Instead of connecting them to computer, you can connect them by the same USB directly to the Kronos USB-Ports, no further Power supply is needed for the Masterkeyboards as well, since they are bus powered... Set the additional Keyboards to Midi Channel 2 and 3 and you have 2 additional Keyboards, playing the sounds of Kronos, which are defined to Channel 2 and 3, mostly in Combination and Setlist Mode...
It´s very interesting, since you still have the midi ports free for connecting i.e. the FCB 1010 or other stuff... Since these USB-Keyboards are Class compliant, there´s no additional driver needed, which is supported by the Kronos with OS Version 1.5 - This is working for all Masterkeyboards with Class Compliant USB-Connectors (for example Casio Previa Keyboards as well)... Class Compliant means, that you can connect it to computer without the need of installing additional drivers. They are usually just recognized.
In theory, you can connect up to 8 additional Keyboards via USB to Kronos through a USB-Hub, since Kronos is able to handle up to 8 USB-Devices... But who needs that ?
Cheers

I didn't know such USB keyboards could be used. Sounds interesting.MRedZac wrote:Hello Michel, michelkeijzers wrote: What do you mean with 2nd Masterkeyboard to CH2 VIA USB on Kronos?
