Hello
I installed EX3 and inserted the unlock code sent to me by Korg.EX3 is authorized but not playing any program.Furthermore, all the LEDs on the left side of the potentiometers are fixed
to 12 hours.
The other banks play regularly but the LEDs do not move ,
is frozen. Help, what should I do to unlock my OASYS?

Hi,

no idea about the freezing but with Exs3: have you enabled/loaded the expansion samples in global mode? When not enabled the samples are not loaded and they won´t sound
