Help needed: Sync problems

Hello
I need some advise or help you can give me solving this problem:
I have loaded a midi file into my Triton Extreme sequencer. Now, I would like to play that song with my band, just mutting the drums, bass and guitar tracks. However, to avoyd sync problems, the drummer needs to hear a click in his phones.
The solution for that would be easy if the midi file I’ve load to the sequencer was synced with the normal measure sequencer system. If that was the case, I would just enable the metronome click and set it’s output to a specific channel directed to my drummer’s phones.
The problem is: the midi file starts somewhere in the middle of the first mesure (not in the begining) and if I enable the metronome click it will be completely unsynced.
I tried another solution: Recorded a track with a custom click, syncronized whith the song (not the measure). That would solve my problem IF there was a way a could output that specific track to a specific output (nobody but the drummer would listen that track).
Unfortunatelly, I can’t find a way to fix this.
Is there any solution? Is there any way I can force the midi file to be syncronized whit the beginning of the measure?
