Kronos 61 keybed fault?

Hi,
I've been playing my Kronos 61 key tonight and have noticed a couple of things I haven't noticed before.

1:- The plastic housing that covers the Y (pitchbend) lever and buttons C1 and C2 seems quite loose, I can rattle it up and down and there is a couple of mm gap underneath it.

2:- If I push down any key as if playing it and then push again as if introducing after-touch the whole keybed moves downwards.I don't recall this happening before.

Could someone else confirm that this is either normal or a fault please?
Many thanks
Paul

No, this is not normal..
Have you checked the screws on the bottom of K?
When I installed the extra RAM I found a few that were loose. After putting it back together all was tight and rattles were nonexistent.
This may be your problem?

Cheers Lou,
I was wondering the same but was worried about opening it in case it affected the warranty.

Of course, you can send your Kronos to Japan as well to fix the screws inside...

I spoke to the shop I bought it from and they were happy for me to have a look inside.Indeed there were several loose screws, including the ones which hold the bottom cver on, which also serve to hold the keybed on as well.
All fixed now, :D

to the person who installed RAM..could you please tell me what's the type of ram i need for the Kronos?

I do agree that in terms of solid build, Kronos lacks a bit.
but otherwise, it is an amazing machine!!!!
