Placing WAVE files in sequencer - Strange problem?

On page 101 in the operation guide it is described how to place wave files into a song.
The problem is, that it's not working for me.

I have imported the stereo wave files to the SSD local harddisk, and the format is 44.1, 16-bit, and the lenght is about 15 seconds.
When I choose a wave file from the "Audio Event Edit" page menu, I can browse to my wave files, and I can select and play them, but I cannot press OK! The button is greyed out...

What am I doing wrong?

I have chosen Audio Track 1 as destination track. (I also tried to pair audiotrack 1+2, but without succes)

You will find here a short video that I've created for the french forum Kronoscopie about importing audio tracks in the sequencer. Even if the explanation is in french, video should be self-explanatory.

I've been importing WAV files here with no problems, but I'm using Split Mono audio files, not Stereo.

This is the procedure I use:
