Hi all,

I've inherited a KP1 amongst a collection of old studio oddities. It powers up fine but has 'Er' in the display, prior to freezing on channel 1. From there, she freezes up. Is this a total write off? I should also add that I'm not using an original adapter for it, that looks to have disappeared a long time back. Thanks for any advice you can pass on.

Have you tried it with fresh batteries (and not the adapter)?

Not as yet, I wasn't even aware that it took batteries. I'm lacking any kind of manual or info, but this sounds worth a shot - thanks!
