Use Your Credits!
Hey'all
Just wanted to remind everyone to use the Korg credits before they expire May 31rst. I almost forget and remembered with a jolt! lol
Theres no other rumors of extending the time or releasing new libraries that I missed are there?!
Cheers!

Oasys owners who purchased synth engines received codes for using that money (up to $750.00 USD) on libraries for Kronos.
Indeed, there have been great fellow members who have given away their codes because they don't own a Kronos and therefore the codes are of no use to them

I got the same two also and I'm delighted with them. Even if the credits could be used on the karo libraries, I would have still picked the two KORG libraries. Karo's pcg programming is very basic at best in many places.

D'oh!!. I have an Oasys and a Kronos. I received my code for new Kronos libraries a couple of months ago, but (and I can't believe I did this) I deleted the email with the code.
How do I fix this embarrassing situation? What is the phone number for KORG service desk (I can't seem to locate it anywhere on the web).
I guess I must be in a "duh" mode right now. Any help is appreciated. I think I have enough "credits" for 2 libraries. Thanks,

I would probably start with Korg USA Customer service. They could transfer you to Product Support if necessary.
Given Monday is a holiday in the U.S. and the credits expire on Thursday, you only have a few days to get them re-issued.
I would definitely NOT communicate via email since that could burn a day or two. Good luck.

** KORG Product Support Contacts **
(they support BOTH hardware and software)
Korg USA Product support -- https://www.korgusa.com/contactus (For fastest service I would suggest calling them on the phone)
Outside the U.S. contact your Korg Country Distributor -- https://www.korg.com/us/corporate/distributors/

you should have received two emails, the first about 10/20/2011 and the second about 03/28/2012 depending on the extend of expiration date. Maybe you can find one of the mails in your account?
hope that helps
